The American Heart Association has released a report that states very low-carb diets like ketogenic diets are not good for heart health. The study evaluated popular diets and gave very low rankings to the Paleo diet (53 points) and very low-carb diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets (31 points) for their negative impact on heart health.
