Registering is free of charge. You may join online through eleadglobal.com or through eLEAD’s mobile application. Use your own account to purchase directly through eLEAD app to avoid receiving fake or unauthorized products.

The only way to order product is via the official Elead App.
Aside from the official Elead App, all other sellers are unauthorized. If there’s an issue with the product, who will be responsible for your loss? As authorized distributors, we can provide you with professional service and advice, helping you understand why you’re buying the product and the science behind it. If any problems arise, we’re here to support you.

Signs of Product Tampering
– Altered Product packaging, including label, product batch number, bar code and others identifing marks
– Repackaged products
– Torn or pieced product packaging or altered product packaging color
– Dirty or damages products
– Missing product boxes

What You Should Do:
If you receive a tampered eLEAD product, please contact eLEAD immediately.
Keep the product, packaging, and any relevant label, invoice or receipt.
Please record all information concerning the product, such as product code, and the date, time and venue of purchase.
