Health is wealth.
The best investment you can make is not only in your career, your savings, or your future — but in yourself.
Because when your body is strong, your life has more energy, more confidence, and more possibilities.
Invest in your health.
Invest in yourself.

Health is the protection you give yourself.
A career is the confidence you give your family.
Health is not only something that benefits you alone. When you are willing to share it with others, it can also become a meaningful and valuable career.
From a consumer to a health sharer,
what you share is wellness,
what you build is income,
and what you leave behind is a foundation of confidence that can be passed on.

The healthy habits, career foundation, and network you build today may one day become the strongest support for your family.
Because true security is not something we start worrying about when we grow old.
It is something we start preparing for today.
At iTeam, we share health, build careers, and create a future
where our families can age with health, peace of mind, and confidence.

Cancer is not only scary because of the treatment.
What is even more frightening is realizing too late that both your health and your savings have been drained.

Instead of spending your hard-earned retirement savings at the hospital later, start strengthening your body with good nutrition today.
A little more antioxidant nutrition, a little more daily immune support — not to guarantee a life without risks, but to give your future self more choices, strength, and confidence.
The most important health investment is not waiting until sickness happens to fix things.
It is protecting your health while you still have it.
Even as we age, let’s age with strength, dignity, and confidence. ![]()

Preventable diseases, from cancer to cardiovascular disease and diabetes, claim countless lives annually. It’s not just about treating them; it’s about instilling knowledge that helps people adopt healthier lifestyles and avoid these illnesses. We can save far more lives by emphasizing prevention strategies, than relying solely on hospital treatments.

Researchers found that consuming about 140 g of vegetables and 120 g of fruits per day is linked to a substantially lower risk of developing lung cancer. Moreover, each additional 100 g of daily intake was associated with a 5% reduction in lung cancer risk.
